Mindful muscles community of practice for ERCs
Project Mindful Muscles aims to develop a range of psychological support and psycho-educational resources based on Mindfulness, Acceptance/Commitment Therapy, and Self-Compassion to the use of IPEDs among exercisers and amateur athletes.
