Rick Collins, JD, CSCS, FISSN is a law partner in the firm of Collins Gann McCloskey & Barry PLLC, in Mineola, New York. As a former criminal prosecutor, he is widely considered one of the world’s foremost legal authorities on performance and image enhancing drugs (PIEDs) and supplements.
