Tom Steele is a researcher who has worked in a diversity of fields, such as public health, child & family welfare, bioethics and education. Tom works at the Centre for Evidence and Implementation, where he focuses on using implementation science in bridging the gap between evidence and policy, through conducting research projects, evaluations and reviews. Prior to this, he worked at Deakin University on behavioural science and physical activity related research projects. Tom is a qualified dietitian, holding a Master of Dietetics and Bachelor of Food Science & Nutrition (Hons) from Deakin, and has also completed further study in human enhancement drugs and doping (University of Tasmania). He is interested in the intersection of policy and governance in anti-doping and the implementation of these policies in practice.
